Procrastinators:
Often delaying taking action possibly due to fear of failure or overwhelm. They may find it difficult to proritise and will often leave tasks until the last minute which can be stressful. Procrastinators can have a lack of motivation or low self esteem.
For procrastinator’s growth, it generally helps to break tasks down into smaller manageable steps with specific deadlines in order to help them stay on track. Working in short intervals with numerous breaks can help improve a procrastinators focus and productivity. Understanding the cause of the procrastination can help as it might just be that the time is not right for them to complete a task
