Are you change ready?

Are you having to face up to making a change in your life;

Are you in an unfulfilling job and want to follow a new path which you are passionate about but don’t know how to achieve it?

Are you coming up to retirement and are anxious about what to do when you no longer have to go to work?

If you find yourself answering yes to any of those questions, then coaching might be the answer for you, but are you actually reading to invest in yourself to achieve what you really want and is coaching the right approach for you?

When I coach, I generally break the process down into a series of steps:

  1. What is the overall goal or outcome required - this is generally broken down further and looking at actually understanding what the successful outcome looks like, how will it feel, will it align with your values and give you balance and how realistic is it.

  2. Whats happening now in this area and what has already been done towards achieving the goal

  3. We will look at your strengths that you have in order to help you achieve your goal and will consider where you have been in similar situations before and how that can be used to help.

  4. Consider your options you have in meeting this goal

  5. Agree on some actions that you will take and be accountable for.

Each session is tailored around the individual client and can include some reiki healing to help get clarity and unblock our energy and creativity. Reiki can work well when given distantly so there is no requirement for a face to face session to include this.

I like to offer a visualisation every now and again to tap into a clients inner wisdom to gather knowledge that is not apparent initially.

Outdoor sessions can be useful, either just getting out into the garden for a session or a walk and talk to a place of nature can inspire all sorts of new ideas..

Most coaching is done via video calls or over the telephone, although if face to face is required, we can find a neutral space for this.

Maybe now is the time for you to start thinking about what needs to change and take that action
