MYO-Ki -What’s in a name?

When I was starting to consider what my business is going to be called, I went through numerous names and ideas. Most of them were quite boring and dull and I didn’t want to just use my name as it just doesn’t flow particularly well.

I really wanted to combine life coaching with reiki and so wanted a name which linked the two areas. So MYO~Ki was created.

MYO - an acronym for - “Make Your Own” so relevant to the coaching process since coaching is all about the client and what they want and the actions they choose to take.

Ki - means energy or vibes that flow through the body.

Combining the two seemed to make perfect sense to me.

I love the idea of bringing good energy into coaching and being able to start to unblock the channels which can really help release ideas and better energy flow and can only be a good thing.

As a healing life coach I will bring a holistic approach to your sessions using reiki to assist with clearing the path so that you can breakthrough the barriers to achieve your goals.

At the same time its important to ensure that any goals align with your true values to enable you to live a life that you love and be the best version of yourself that you can.
