How do you approach change?

Change can be small, but it can also be life changing. It can just happen and we might not even notice it, like the weather, one minute bright sunshine, the next chucking it down!

Some change happens to us and we feel like we have little control over it like losing a job or financial and economic downturns or we really want to change something in our life, something big like retirement or a change of career, but we just don’t know how to start or we procrastinate over when and how to start.

When changes are forced upon us we can either embrace them and take control, or they take control of us. When we want to make a change in our life we can choose when and how to make that change, but we need to ensure we consider the impact of this change in so many aspects of our lives.

My mission as a life change coach is to provide my clients with the tools to accept change in their life and move forward with it positively. I work with a variety of tools and methods to establish exactly what change is needed or support in embracing uncomfortable change and move clients closer to their goals ensuring they are in line with their values..

It’s all about you, choose to not make a change and live with that or take action to make those changes you desire in your life.
